As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in our sales process. You’ll identify potential clients, analyze their needs, and set the stage for our sales team to close successful deals. This is your opportunity to make an impact, increase our revenue, and be an essential link in our success.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand and align solutions: Deepen your knowledge of our products and services to assess how they meet customer needs.
  • Generate new leads: Engage prospects across various channels and identify new market opportunities.
  • Build relationships: Establish trust and qualify prospects for the sales process.
  • Strengthen the sales pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline and prepare the sales team for the next steps.
  • Drive innovation in sales: Identify and implement best practices to continuously refine our lead-generation strategy.

Your Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Generate sales opportunities through Salesforce, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build trust with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Actively explore new business opportunities and provide strategic suggestions.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and the sales team.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.

Required

  • A bachelor / master’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with proven success in exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both by phone and email.
  • A creative, analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ambition and drive to grow within a sales organization.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • Previous success as an SDR, with a strong track record of meeting sales goals.
