It provides access to essential project information—such as layouts, installation guidelines, and compliance details—directly at the construction site.

Orange Button Field works by allowing users to manage and document productivity, track completion rates, and assess the quality of installed work. It provides instant mobile access to BIM-to-field functionalities, enabling users to take photos, add tags, document firestop installations, and send or receive notifications, among other features.

This mobile app makes it easy to communicate firestop design specifications to the firestop installers on the construction site. This ensures that field teams install the correct firestop components and systems as originally designed.

If the actual configuration in the field differs from the firestop design, this deviation can easily be recorded using the mobile app. If your preferred firestop manufacturer is part of our digital platform, then Orange Button Field will automatically suggest an alternative firestop solution based on the recorded deviation.

If you encounter additional installation penetrations in the field that need to be firestopped, you can easily add these in the mobile app. If your favorite firestop manufacturer is part of our Orange Button platform, Orange Button Field will automatically recommend a certified firestop solution based on the entered configuration.
