Projects
Projects provides an overview of all the projects created by your organization during the checklist, quotation, engineering, construction, and maintenance phases. Collaborate with your team and manage all your projects online with access to Orange Button Office!
Clashlists
Multiple clash lists can be uploaded per project. A clash list consists of multiple clash entries, each representing a unique firestop clash location from the BIM model. These clash entries contain important information about the type of penetration, penetration dimensions, type of insulation, type of construction, construction thickness, and fire resistance period. This information is essential for automatically advising the appropriate firestop system to each individual clash entry online.
Floor Plans
For each project, digital floor plans can be created by selecting a clash list. On the digital floor plans, unique clash locations from the BIM model are displayed using markers. Additional markers can be manually added if needed. It is also possible to upload .pdf floor plans for on site inspections. The digital floor plans with markers can be used to monitor progress and quality during execution.
Field Activities
Per project, the field activities can be monitored through an activity list. This activity list displays important information about individual penetration seals, along with their current execution status. The activity list is linked to the digital floor plans and clash list(s) with “Field” status. Clash lists can be added, replaced, or removed, and Field Activities can also be exported.
Images
For each project, photos of registered penetration seals are stored and displayed online. Images can also be manually uploaded, deleted, and exported as needed.
Documents
Firestop forms and firestop reports can be generated for each project based on the BIM design. Additionally, Field Logs can be generated based on completed on-site work. Viewer Mode
For each project, stakeholders can be invited to view specific information online. By sharing a viewer link, you can grant them limited access to selected parts of the project. Permissions can be customized, allowing stakeholders access to specific sections such as the Project Overview, Clash Lists, Floor Plans, Field Activities, Images, and Documents. You can also control whether stakeholders can view particular firestop statuses. BIM design. Additionally, Field Logs can be generated based on completed on-site work. Other important documents relevant to project engineering and execution can also be uploaded and saved online.
