We’re excited to present a full series of video tutorials that guide you through everything you need to know about Orange Button BIM! These step-by-step videos cover it all—from registration to advanced features like clash detection.

Step 1- Register, Download and Install

Ready to start with Orange Button BIM? Watch our short video to get started. In just a few steps, you’ll learn how to complete your registration, download Orange Button BIM and install the software.

Step 2- Start New Model and Link Files

After completing step 1 and successfully installing the software, you’re now ready to start your first BIM project. Our software supports both Revit and IFC files. In this video, we’ll walk you through each step to create a new model and link the files.

Step 3- Setup Levels and Floor Plans

Now that you’ve completed step 2, it’s time to finish setting up your project. The first step in project setup is to adjust your levels to match those of the linked files. In this video, we’ll guide you through all the steps to make this process easy.

Step 4- Find the Firestop Clashes

You’ve successfully completed the first three steps. Now, it’s time to start identifying firestop clashes using our BIM plugin. In this video, we’ll guide you through each step to easily find firestop clashes.

Step 5- Review Firestop Clashes

In step 4, you learned how to identify Firestop Clashes. A great feature of our BIM tool is that it allows you to manually review these clashes, providing additional insight into the automatically generated firestop positions. In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to review these firestop clashes.

Step 6- Add Info with OneClick Apps

At Orange Button, we have also developed apps that can run checks and add information to calculation components. In this video, we will demonstrate a few of these apps and show you just how easy they are to use.

Step 7- Your Clash Results

When you use Orange Button to generate the clashlist, that could be enough to create a quote for the project. However, it is also possible to create extra output, making the result even more professional. In this video, we will show you how to create this.
